Today I submitted an Urgent Question on the situation in Gaza to Parliament which was selected but then upgraded to a ministerial statement.
The UN has repeatedly warned that 2 million Palestinians are at risk of starvation. Now aid centres have been temporarily closed after desperate and hungry Palestinian civilians trying to access morsels of aid were brutally shot down.
The time is long overdue for the government to say what this is, a genocide and one being undertaken by design.
The history books will not be kind to this Government unless we use every form of leverage at our disposal.
